Donnie's once happy smile turned into a frown when you had asked that. "hmm..... I.. honestly didn't think about that..." He said slowly, tapping his chin, obviously thinking. "Well... we have to tell them.. we can't keep this hidden from them..." You muttered, staring at the ground, holding your left arm. "You're right... they'd know something's up around the fourth-seventh month..." Donnie said a bit thoughtfully. You sighed. "Well... let's go face the music... and tell them..." You said, making your way out of the lab, Donatello following close behind you.

Once you and Donnie had gotten the others in the living, you stood in front of them nervously, Donnie's arm around you, holding you close to him. "Guys... this isn't really easy to say... but.. um..." Donnie trailed off, hesitating. Raph rolled his eyes, crossing his arms; already becoming impatient. "Just spit it out already! We have better things to do you know!?" You shot a glare at him, before finishing for Donnie: "We... well... I'M... pregnant..." You muttered the last part. Mikey, Leo, and Raph were silent for a few moments, the silence making you cringe. Suddenly, without warning; Mikey jumped up, a huge smile on his face. "AWESOME SAUCE DUDETTE! W GET TO BE UNCLES!" He shouted, doing a little dance. While he was having a happy spasm, Leo stood up, followed by Raph; whose arms were still crossed. "That's great and all Donnie and (Y/N)... but you do realize that... you might have to give the baby up?" Leo said, making your eyes narrow. "No! We're not giving the baby up! We're keeping it! We've already decided!" You stated boldly and firmly, letting Leo know that you had set your foot down and that there was no changing your or Donnie's mind.

Leo sighed, but nodded. "But remember... if you do keep the child... you and the others will be responsible for protecting it and caring for it in the best ways you can.." Splinter's voice said from behind; making you jump slightly. You turned around, bowing slightly. "Hai, Sensei." You said, followed by the guys. "and just remember... being a parent is no easy tasks. It comes with many challenges... believe me.. I know..." After that, Splinter walked off. You and Donnie looked at eachother, smiling. "This is great!" Donnie grabbed you gently spinning you in the air, causing you to giggle. Once he had set you down; he said: "We'll need to think about baby names. And we'll need to get started on the nursery and-" You rolled your eyes, still smiling. You placed a finger on his lips, cutting him off. "Donnie... one step at a time babe." You said, chuckling as donnie's cheeks heated up slightly. "I'm sorry it's just-" "You're excited, I know. I am too, but we gotta take things slow. Do one thing at a time. The baby names, we can discuss tonight. But the nursery can wait a few months." Donnie nodded in agreement, then kissed you.
